who's THIS!?!

Yup! ADTR!! eff tha what! Been watching their "Right Back At It Again" music video, and it's such a breather to know the've got something new!

Out from their Common Courtesy album, you can't get enough with these guys and their trashy-yet-melodic-scream-&-screech-in-your-face tracks.

Plus their music video gets the A in Arts!
Kudos, it's the combination of both imaginative concept plus pushy tunes..That's for sure.

Keep it Up, A Day To Remember! Because today is not just and ordinary day, it's ADTR!!

Just want to share this: Tobasco (Straight from Bangkok, Thailand) - to me, it has this New Gen mass appeal, and this passed my sound quality standard.

Ramon Bautista - the man who brought your best friend into the map

© Copyright 2014 Ramon Bautista
This is where I pick up where I left off. Ramon Bautista - the internet pop culture who popularized TFFZ (Tales From the Friend Zone). What's this, you asked?

This is a channel with a series of vlogs, that reaches out to all Filipino youth (and everyone in and outside of feeling youthful) who wishes to push their relationships with their friends on to the next level: BUT fails. An online love advice channel, to be precise.

This "I'm sorry, we're just friends" mishap is a commonly shared endeavor known almost by everyone, but sad to say, at the end of the day, you're just a friend. LOL!

Well, I didn't say this never happened to me. Of course, I myself went through, been through, going through all this "you're just a friend, sorry" ordeal, and this made me who I am now. Failure is success turned inside out - as that popular saying goes.

Anyways, about the Tales From the Friend Zone, this has been a viral channel in Youtube, maybe not anymore, but it was, one time it was. It has a pilot episode in May 2012. I visited this online show some time before, made me curious about it. My first impression was that its an avenue for broken hearts and dumped people who'd like to share their experiences, and ask for a brotherly advice. It also felt like a documentary film too, which is also fascinating. If you have free time, go browse for it.

Ramon Bautista is not only an internet star, but a comedian as well, here in the Philippine movie industry. I often see him not in the mainstream, but in indies. Yes, his forte: Independent films. He is a comedian, with wits and in your face humor. Here's an actor, with no pretense whatsoever. You can try watching San Lazaro's official movie trailer, produced by Watusi Productions, there should be a full movie somewhere, not that hard to search for.

And as I mentioned in one of my previous posts, He also wrote a book: Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo (Why Your Crush Doesn't Have a Crush on You), a compilation of real life experiences from peeps all over the Philippines. This was later adapted into a  movie screenplay, starring local filipino celebrities.

I suggest give Ramon Bautista some time, spare him a minute or two. I wish I can find some English subs for that San Lazaro movie, though.

home grown talent: KZ Tandingan

I'm not pretty sure if this local talent received enough buzz around the Philippine music industry for a number of years. IMHO, artists should be hanging around the music scene as long as they can. I noticed new materials and song concepts are released every 3rd or 4th quarter of the year. Why is that?

As far as I can remember, KZ hasn't been buzz worthy here in our music industry since her breakthrough from X Factor Philippines Season 1. Yeah, she got her fair share last 2012, released a self-titled debut album "KZ Tandingan" in 2013, and after that, never heard anything new from her. Will she be a one-hit wonder? Time will tell. I can sense how pressured she is at these times, or maybe not. After winning in a game show* (with pot money, and all that), who else would feel pressured. Good for her.

KZ is into Acoustic Jazz, R&B, and Soul.
All Rights Reserved, I do not own or produce the music in this link,
Nor the images (copyright 2013).
Just want to share her rhythm, so we can all move into her music!

This music you'll be listening to on the link below is also featured from the Tagalog movie adaptation of the book Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo (Why your Crush doesn't have a Crush on you) written by Ramon Bautista**, who popularized TFFZ (Tales From the Friend Zone). He showcased trending failures of Filipino teens who get smacked in their faces after hearing this famous Friend Zone last words from their, well, Best Friends.

Without further ado, click on this link to hear KZ Tandingan's Umiibig (In Love):
